Event RSVP
Guest list for get-togethers
From the open-source project Cactoide
Share one link, and guests add their names so you know who's coming.
“Make it mine” asks you to sign in first. On the Free plan, your copy is your one app; you can delete it any time.
“Try it” opens the authors’ own copy, not yours.

What you can do
- Make an event page with the date, time and place
- Let guests join with just a name, no account needed
- Set how many people can come, and the page shows when it's full
Who it’s forHosts who need a head count for a party or a club event
Once it’s yours
- Your own copy, at its own address
- Its own database, separate from everyone else’s
- You manage its data; deleting the app deletes its data too
- Anyone with its address can open it, until you choose who can
- Change it with your own coding agent
Ideas for changing it
Once it’s live, give any line below to your coding agent.
Ask each guest about food allergies when they join
Add a "Can't make it" button next to "Join Event"
Let only the host see the guest list
Source and licence
It comes from the open-source project Cactoide: its authors, polaroi8d, published the code for anyone to use and change. Its licence covers the code, not the name, so the copy on Tofu goes by a plain name.
Its licence, AGPL-3.0, lets you use and change it for free; when other people use your changed version, you share your changed code with them.
Your copy is the version you copied; the authors’ later updates don’t arrive by themselves.
