Sign-up sheet
Rotations, shifts and waitlists
Share one link: people take a date by name, and the waitlist moves up when someone cancels.
“Make it mine” asks you to sign in first. On the Free plan, your copy is your one app; you can delete it any time.

- Uses
- A database
What you can do
- Make a sheet of dates with places, like one family bringing snacks each Saturday
- Let people sign up with just a name, then change or cancel with their own private link
- See who moved up from the waitlist, get this week's reminder ready to send, and check off who paid dues
Who it’s forOrganizers of a team, club or volunteer group with a weekly rotation
Once it’s yours
- Your own copy, at its own address
- Its own database, separate from everyone else’s
- You manage its data; deleting the app deletes its data too
- Anyone with its address can open it, until you choose who can
- Needs your own key or password: add it in Keys & settings once it’s live, then put it online again
- Change it with your own coding agent
Ideas for changing it
Once it’s live, give any line below to your coding agent.
Let each family take at most two dates a season
Let two families agree to swap dates in the app without asking the organizer
Make a one-page season calendar to print and put on the fridge
Source and licence
Sign-up sheet is open source: its authors, Tofu, published the code for anyone to use and change.
Its licence, MIT, lets you use and change it freely, as long as you keep the authors’ copyright notice.
Your copy is the version you copied; the authors’ later updates don’t arrive by themselves.
